So true. The mind is very powerful. When I stay positive, life just becomes filled with endless possibilities. So I try very hard every day to choose to have a great day. I read the Dalai Lama's “Art of Happiness”, and he even says that happiness is something that you have to work at. But like everything, the more you work at it, the easier it gets.

Very True, we make decisions everyday on how happy we want to be, and TODAY I am happy and chose to be grateful
