As a travel aficionado, being involved in the travel world is a 24/7 kind of thing. Thoughts of places to go, how to save money and learning about new cultures is always on my mind. But something didn’t cross my travel radar. Fortunately, my sister caught the commercial for the NYC Adventure Expo (Sometimes it pays to watch TV) and informed me the night before the event.

Got your dancing shoes on? I sure did! On May 16th, 2009, dancers, dance aficionados and tourists came together for an afternoon of sun and dance for the 3rd Annual Dance Parade. This is a tradition for Mike and I, but this year since he is backpacking, (There is always next year!) I made sure to take full coverage of this years dance parade. For many, the concept is strange for a second,”You mean dancing, in the middle of the street?” Why not?

40 years ago, Montreal was the city host of the famous ‘’in bed event’’ featuring John Lennon and Yoko Ono. The event was staged in Suite 1742 of the Queen Elizabeth Hotel from May 26 to June 2, 1969. 40 years later, The Montreal Museum of Fine Arts is embraced with ‘’IMAGINE’’.

No one parties harder and better then in the island of Ibiza. Every summer this becomes a huge hit for dance music enthusiasts. The clubs and DJ’s are legendary and well known throughout the world. Privilege is known to be the biggest club in the world, Pacha night club has changed the club scene forever, and Space with its beautiful outside terrace are just some examples of how serious they are about partying and their music.
